The cable car has become one of the main attractions of Quito since it opened its doors in 2005. The cable car is an excellent option to have a panoramic view of the Pichincha Volcano and the landscape of Quito. It starts at 2,950 meters above sea level and reaches 4,050 meters above sea level: the crest of Cruz Loma, next to the Pichincha volcano. It has 18 cars, which will go up the mountain range for 10 minutes. At 4050 meters, you will be greeted by a large scenic landscape. The páramo of the Pichincha volcano, at the top of Cruz Loma, offers a spectacular view of the entire city of Quito. If the climate favors you can see some major elevations of the Andes mountain range such as the Cayambe, the Antisana, the Cotopaxi, the Pasochoa, the Rumiñahui. Besides the beautiful view offered, here is the Andean landscape, the cold wilderness with almost straight, flat road to the summit of Rucu Pichincha, Pichincha most visible elevation from Quito.

Cotopaxi Volcano, arguably one of Ecuador's most impressive volcanoes, is also the most visited. We will start our trip in Quito very early in the morning, during the entire journey we will be able to enjoy the beautiful Andean landscape, on the way we will observe several snow-capped mountains such as Cotopaxi and Illinizas, when we arrive at Quilotoa we will be totally amazed to admire all the beauty of the lagoon from the viewpoint, here we will have adequate time to take several photos and enjoy the place. Then we will begin the descent towards the lagoon for approximately 40 minutes, upon arrival we will have the necessary time to explore the shore and also carry out water activities such as canoeing, once everything described is finished we will begin the ascent that lasts two hours depending on the physical state of each person, we will go at an adequate pace until we reach the starting point. From this point, we will descend to the lagoon where you will have free-time to visit it, the ascent is thru a path that connects us to the lookout of the community. (The ascent is over steep, so it is recommended to go up on a mule for people who are not in good physical condition).
