Leave Kigali as early as 05h00 and drive for an estimated 3.5 hours to reach Akagera National Park by 08h30. We are Matenro Drift Racing, one of the first drift car driving experiences offered in Tokyo. The activity offers the opportunity to actually drive a drift car, with an expert teacher for drift lessons for beginners and intermediate experience drivers. You will learn to do a basic donut and figure 8 if you pick up fast. For safety, we will provide you with a helmet and gloves for free, so you can be assured about safety. You will either be driving a Nissan 350Z (Z33), or Mazda Roadster (MX-5 Miyata NB) or Toyota Mark II (JZX100) the cars and teachers will vary according to the day. Some teachers can speak English and teachers who can not speak English we will have an interpreter on site for translation. All tours are organized officially by a JDM drift team so all people who attend are drift car lovers and fanatics. We can take pictures and videos of you when you are driving the car as well.
