Ideal for nature lovers and for a total change of scenery, just 30 kilometers from the capital Asunción. You will be able to observe superb landscapes, a large quantity of birds, as well as other animals according to your luck. You can walk the paths along the river, in the shade of tall trees, and visit the property of Olivares, located at the mouth of the Manduvira on the Paraguay River. We also take advantage of the unique sunsets that we can observe from the river, to end the day. You will also enjoy quality meals prepared by us throughout the day.

This tour will fascinate you, in which you will enjoy all the nature and wildlife of the Paraguay and Manduvira rivers. Wetlands, riverbanks, but also small patches of forest will impress you with the great fauna all around you. We will also enjoy a great diversity of ecosystems such as palm savannas, forests, and grasslands, during a 10 km drive on a dirt road in which we will watch a good number of birds and other animals.

We're passionate about showing it to you and telling you all about it so you can discover it with us, taking you to natural wonders like Salto Cristal, which remains nearly untouched by tourism, with few tourists around, especially if you opt to book on a weekday! The journey itself is an adventure; you'll descend a wooden staircase amidst the jungle and then walk alongside the creek to reach the waterfall. During the trip, mineral water is included, but we recommend bringing your own food, or you can purchase snacks at the stop we'll make along the way. On this tour we visit the city of Villa Hayes and the Pa’i Puku school. This school is a comprehensive training center, which gives the children from the Chaco the opportunity to learn and live here because the distances in the Chaco are great, so that they cannot come and go every day. In addition to traditional training, they also receive training in various professional fields. The center also has an orchard and some livestock for their livelihood.
