Supping is a perfect work-out and is very fun to do. It is suitable for everyone, the boards are long and wide making them very stable. So you don’t just fall into the water. Supping is very easy and it is also possible to rent a sup without experience. You have never supped before? No problem. Then we will give you a couple of instructions before you enter the water. We rent out Sups from the brand Red Paddle from our beautiful location near the Amstel next to the Berlage Bridge. Red Paddle is the absolute top brand when it comes to SUPS, the boards can be inflated more and are therefore sturdier and more stable than sups from other brands.
