Agadir Trip Overview
AGADIR TO MARRAKECH TRIP
Depart Agadir around 7 o’clock in the morning taking the highway Agadir to Marrakech. After a total of 3 hours drive with some rest stops on the way while crossing the High Atlas mountains, we will arrive to Marrakech.
Once we arrive to Marrakech, you will meet your local tour guide and begin a walking tour of the Medina (Old city of Marrakech) . You will start by visiting the historical monuments of Marrakech including: the famous Bahia Palace, a walk through the gardens of the Koutoubia Mosque and finally the Jamaa El Fana famous Square.
At the end of your local tour, you will have free time to walk through the streets of the Souk (local market), haggle with the shop vendors and find a good place to enjoy some local street food.
After the free time, you’ll meet up with your guide, and begin the drive back to your hotel in Agadir.
The return to your hotel in Agadir is usually scheduled around 00h00 o’clock .

A beautiful palace and a must see if you are in Marrakech. Make sure you look at the incredible ceilings, doors and window shutters. You will need at least two hours to go thru the whole palace.

Although you are not allowed to go inside the palace, it is still interesting to see from the outside from an architectural and historical standpoint. Plus, you’ll get a breather from the hustle and bustle of the center of town.

Went to the old town was like stepping back in time very interesting to see donkeys pulling peoples items goats just in the street interesting to see how other people live their lives

Nicely designed and maintained gardens, similar to those of Generalife in Granada, Spain. It’s a good place to recoup from the intensity of the market atmosphere.

A pleasant ,peaceful place.You would not think you were in the hustle of Marakech. The Menara has a large lake with carp fish in.You could sit and relax for a while but do not need to spend more than an hour here.
