Itinerary

Day 1: Casablanca – Fes

Stop At: Hassan II Mosque, Blvd Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdallah, Casablanca 20450 Morocco
Today we will meet you at the airport or hotel in Casablanca to start our day exploring one of the fascinating sights of ‘Hassan 2 Mosque’ which gives an insight into the Islamic architecture, then drive us to Fes. Overnight authentic Riad in the Medina including Bed and Breakfast. Riad Myra Or Same upgrade accomodation.

Pass By: Casablanca, Casablanca, Casablanca-Settat
Today we will meet you at the airport or hotel in Casablanca to start our day exploring one of the fascinating sights of ‘Hassan 2 Mosque’ which gives an insight into the Islamic architecture, then drive us to Fes. Day 2: Exploring Fez with a Local Guide

Stop At: Fes, Fes, Fes-Meknes
After your breakfast, you’ll have your local guide to unlock the hidden gems of Fez and get deeper and deeper into Fez old Medina, you’ll discover the famous Souks of Fes – its narrow cobbled streets are filled with ancient mosques and towering green- glazed minarets … You will visit the most beautiful palaces and monuments of Fes. The tour will include a visit to the tannery and ceramics cooperatives to see traditional Moroccan handicrafts. Overnight in Riad including bed and breakfast

Stop At: Fes el-Bali, Fes 30110 Morocco

Day 3: Fes – Ifran – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert Camp

Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
After breakfast we will start traveling south to Merzouga desert via Midelt and Errachidia. Your first stop will be at Ifrane city, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco”, and then to Merzouga via Midlet and the Ziz Valley. During this journey experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas Mountains. Stopping at the famous Cedar Forest – the largest one in Morocco – where you will have the opportunity to see the Barbarian apes. You’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the Er Rachidia city. After lunch in Midelt, your journey continues along the spectacular Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way. Later on arriving at our destination where you will ride your camel to see the sunset in the middle of the sand dunes and spend the night there. Overnight at our desert camp where you will have your dinner. (Well equipped camp including dinner and breakfast.)

Day 4: Sahara Desert – Todgha Gorge – Dades Valley

Stop At: Todgha Gorge, R 703 near the town of Tinerhir, Tinerhir 45520 Morocco
Wake early to admire the desert sunrise, take breakfast, then transfer out of the dunes by camel – back to your vehicle to take the road to Dades Valley (or if you are traveling by 4 × 4, you can be collected at the camp ), you’ll leave for Tinghir and Todgha Gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. Here have the opportunity to hike along the valley. We drive through the Dades Valley, where you can see the majestic sand casts and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes”. Overnight accommodation will be in a Riad or a guesthouse in the heart of the gorge (dinner and breakfast).

Stop At: Draa Valley, Zagora 45600 Morocco
Wake early to admire the desert sunrise, take breakfast, then transfer out of the dunes by camel – back to your vehicle to take the road to Dades Valley (or if you are traveling by 4 × 4, you can be collected at the camp ), you’ll leave for Tinghir and Todgha Gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. Here have the opportunity to hike along the valley. We drive through the Dades Valley, where you can see the majestic sand casts and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes”. Overnight accommodation will be in a Riad or a guesthouse in the heart of the gorge (dinner and breakfast).

Day 5: dades Valley – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Marrakech

Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
After breakfast, we drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat M’Gouna and Ouarzazate. The route through the Dades Valley is named after the thousand Kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip. We stop at Kalaat M’Gouna, the “rose city”, to buy the rosewater, which will make your linen smell good long after your trip is over. Continue to Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa”. Lunch will be at the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. It is recognized by UNESCO as a world patrimony. It is famous as a backdrop for many films, including ‘Lawrence of Arabia’, ‘Gladiator’. Our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260 m) over the High Atlas Mountains where we will have some beautiful panoramic stops before arriving at your Marrakech accommodation where the tour ends.
