Day 3: Unique Foodie Tour Experience with Visit of Museums and Gardens

The Foodie Tour adventure starts at 9:30 from one of the old gates of the Medina precisely the Berber breakfast spot. you will use your three fingers to dip the wholemeal bread in Argan oil, honey, and Amlou. It is a mixture of the last 3 ingredients, which tastes like Berber Nutella.

The delicious experience continues towards the Arab family stall, where you will sample the pancake and puffy bread with olive oil together with mint tea.

Hidden behind a blind wall, you will find yourself in a medieval community oven where wholemeal bread is baked. In the middle of nowhere, a smoke of wood will be ahead in the sky and walking through a magic door you reach Farnatchi. It is a very secret old building where the laziest dish ever is cooked in amber. Left to simmer for six hours, it is a bell-shaped cooking pot with handles full of smoked meat.

With the smoke in your eyes, the delicious smell in your nose you will cross the daily vegetable and food market where locals buy the food they need for the day.

The foodie mission ends up sitting in a local small restaurant.

You will not believe your eyes, looking at a whole lamb coming out from an underground pit. The meat is cooked by flame within 6 hours.

Use your hands and put some cumin and salt on a small portion of meat and taste one of the most sophisticated Moroccan meal ever. What a Treat!

Before Arriving at Imlil you will have a stop at a Berber family house to see the there simple life of the locals and share with the Tea.
