Itinerary
Day 1: Chefchaouen – Meknes – Cedar Forest – Midelt
Stop At: Chefchaouen, Chefchaouen, Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima
After breakfast in your riad, we start the tour and we will leave Chefchaouen in Rif.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Azrou, Azrou, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
We travel towards Azrou, a beautiful mountains village, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco” and then on to Midelt. During this journey, you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. Stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest – the largest in Morocco – where you may well sight Barbary apes.

Stop At: Midelt, Midelt, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
After sometime within the forest, your journey continues to Midelt along the magnificent hills and mountains of the Atlas, overnight in Midelt

Stop At: Meknes, Meknes, Fes-Meknes
Explore the city.

Day 2: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Camel trek in Merzouga Desert
Stop At: Midelt, Midelt, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
After a traditional breakfast at your Hotel, Continuing on to Ziz Valley, and Ziz Gorge, you begin the climb into the High Atlas Mountains, before descending along the road. following the valley carved by the Ziz River.

Stop At: Erfoud, Erfoud, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
Explore city of fossils and dates.
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Merzouga, Merzouga, Draa-Tafilalet
We drive into the fabulous Morocco desert. We enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful Gorges and Valley. with its vast date palm groves, shortly after passing through, the town of Erfoud, you can see some of Morocco’s rich fossil, fields, and quarries.
And then make your way to the Berber village of Merzouga. and Morocco’s spectacular Sahara Desert sand dunes.
The beautiful Erg Chebbi dunes.
Here you will take a camel ride, into the camp and dunes. to watch the sun setting, over the desert.
Tonight is spent camping. under the stars in comfort private Berber tent. Overnight in desert camp.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Stop At: Merzouga, Merzouga, Draa-Tafilalet
Wake early to watch the sunrise before breakfast. Then, ride your camel back to the main road in the village of Merzouga.

Stop At: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
Your driver will be waiting to pick you up for the transfer to Ouarzazate.

Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi
We continue to Marrakech.via High Atlas Mountains, The arrival to Marrakesh is usually scheduled around 6:00 in the evening
