Itinerary
Day 1: CHEFCHAOUEN – FES
Stop At: Chefchaouen, Chefchaouen, Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima
Today we will meet you at your hotel in Chefchaouen and drive to Fes. We discover bets of Rif mountains, we travel via Ouazzane.
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Fes, Fes, Fes-Meknes
After few hours we will get to Fes and have all the afternoon to explore the best highlights of Fes. We visit medina and its beauty with local guide. Overnight in a traditional Riad (HB)

Day 2: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDELT – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA
Stop At: Fes, Fes, Fes-Meknes
After breakfast we will start travelling south to Merzouga desert via Midelt and Errachidia.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Ifrane, Ifrane, Fes-Meknes
Your first stop will be at Ifrane city, referred to as “the Switzerland of Morocco”, and then to Merzouga via Midelt and the Ziz Valley. During this journey you’ll experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains. Stopping at the famous cedar forest – the largest one in Morocco – where you will have the opportunity to see the Barbarian apes. You’ll notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert as you approach the Errachidia city.

Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
After lunch in Midelt, your journey continues along the spectacular Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way. We will drive through Berber villages to Erfoud, then to Rissani ; the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty – the current ruling royal family in Morocco. Arriving in Merzouga at the end of the day, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and ride your camel to see the sunset in the middle of the highest sand dunes in morocco and spend the night there. Overnight at our desert camp where you will have your dinner.(well equipped camp).

Day 3: SAHARA DESERT – TODGHA GORGE – DADES VALLEY
Stop At: Merzouga, Merzouga, Draa-Tafilalet
Your camel guide will wake you up early in the morning to watch what well may be the best sunrise in your life. Afterwards, you’ll peacefully camel-trek back to your riad appreciating the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses.

Stop At: Gargantas del Todra, Tinerhir 45800 Morocco
After breakfast and hot shower in a traditional guest house, you’ll leave for Tinghir and Todgha gorges – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. Here you’ll have the opportunity to hike along it’s valley.

Stop At: Dades Gorges, R704 Atlas Mountains, Boumalne Dades 45350 Morocco
We’ll drive through the Dades Valley, where you’ll see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes”. Overnight accommodation will be in a riad or a guesthouse in the heart of the gorge.(dinner and breakfast).

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech
Stop At: Dades Gorges, R704 Atlas Mountains, Boumalne Dades 45350 Morocco
After breakfast, we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat M’Gouna and Ouarzazate. The route through Dades Valley is named the way of thousand Kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip.

Stop At: El Kelaa M’gouna, El Kelaa M’gouna, Souss-Massa
We’ll stop at Kalaat M’Gouna, “the rose city”, to purchase the rosewater, which will make your linen smell good a long time after your trip is over.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
Continue to Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa”. We visit film studios and kasbah in city.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
Lunch will be at the famous Ait Benhaddou kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. It is recognized by UNESCO as a world patrimony. It is famous as a backdrop for many films, including ‘Lawrence of Arabia’, ‘Gladiator’. Our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260 m) over the High Atlas Mountains where you can stop also to explore the process of making the Argan oil at the women s cooperatives.

Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi
Enjoy Atlas scenery before arriving to your accommodation in Marrakech, where the tour ends.
