What to Expect When Visiting Fes, Fes-Meknes, Morocco
We will take you on an adventure through the beautiful landscapes of Morocco across the High Atlas Mountains which is considered as the footbridge towards the Sahara Desert. This is an opportunity to get introduced to the Morocco Sahara Desert, as well as getting to explore its unique features in a splendid fashion.
Itinerary
Day 1: Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga (500km)
Stop At: Ifrane, Ifrane, Fes-Meknes
We pass through Ifrane, a winter ski resort in a totally Moroccan style built by the French in the 1930’s to resemble a Swiss village.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Azrou Cedar Forest, Azrou Morocco
we visit the cedars forest in Azrou you will see the monkeys, drive across the Middle Atlas Mountains
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Midelt, Midelt, Meknes-Tafilalet Region
We stop for lunch. Famous for its fossils and rocks
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Merzouga, Merzouga, Draa-Tafilalet
We will arrive to Merzouga just in time to witness sunsets across the sandy dunes on camels.
2 hours to your private tent.

Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Gorge Todra – Ouarzazate
Stop At: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
After a delicious breakfast in the air, we will head to Ouarzazate, travelling through Kasbahs. This area has long been a popular location for Hollywood films such as The Last Temptation of Christ, Jewel of the Nile. We will stop for walks and have lunch in Todra Gorge then arrive to Ouarzazate in the evening, dinner in accommodation

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Ait ben haddou – Marrakech
Stop At: Taourirt Kasbah, Avenue Mohammed V, Ouarzazate 45000 Morocco
we will visit the town of Ouarzazate, including the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios movie studios, the largest and most famous of all Africa
Duration: 3 hours
Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
Stop for lunch in Ait ben haddou. Here we can visit the famous Kasbah, declared UNESCO World Heritage and which was the scene of films like The Gladiator, Babel ..
we pass through the High Atlas and the Tizi-n-Tichka pass.
We reach Marrakech in the afternoon.
