After, you will head to a beautiful Riad where the cooking class is taking place

What to Expect When Visiting Fes, Fes-Meknes, Morocco
This is hand’s on Cooking class, you will cook your own Moroccan authentic food, with the help of a professional Chef. You will also, be introduced to the Moroccan culture and its costume through food. After, you will head to a beautiful Riad where the cooking class is taking place
Your half day journey with Zhour starts at 10AM and ends at about 3PM, lunch time. And for dinner time, it starts at 4PM and ends at 10PM.
Your chef, will come at youe Hotel you would be staying at to pick you up, then will be guided in creating the menu for your course based on what you would like to cook & eat! Next (Tagine, Couscous, Pastilla…) , you’ll visit the local souk, dodging the donkeys and bargaining with vendors, where your chef will help you shop for the fresh ingredients with which you’ll season and flavor your meal. Bear in mind that you will experience every part of the food preparation process!
Back in the kitchen,you’ll experience the warm hospitality at the heart of Moroccan cuisine that is the essence of our cooking class. You will take a rest from the souk with drinking tea with mint and tasting some Moroccan pasteries. After that your class begins by starting cooking Under the guidence of your chef. Last but not least, now it is time to enjoy eating what you have cooked!
