Fes Trip Overview
Our Fes Cooking Class starts at 10 am. We will pick you up from your hotel/riad in Fes and take you to our traditional kitchen where you will meet our chef and get to learn a lot about Moroccan food before we take you to buy the ingredients needed from a traditional Souk in the Medina. Once we’ve bought all the necessary ingredients, we’ll get on with the cooking. After that the food is ready, you can enjoy your own-made Moroccan food.

Our Fes Cooking Class starts at 10 am. Fes cooking class’ length depends on the dishes you want to prepare and the experience of the guests. The experienced and skilled cooks we cooperate with are very knowledgeable of Moroccan food and have thought many classes to tourists. There is a wide variety of dishes that you can learn to cook as the Moroccan cuisine is very rich, diverse and considered to be one of the most important cuisines in the world with many delightful dishes that have gained their fame and great reputation through centuries of different dynasties, being able to change and improve with time to satisfy and appease the needs of the Moroccan people. The most famous dishes that tourists like to learn how to prepare are: different types of Tagine (Chicken Tagine with olives, Tagine with meat and vegetables, Tagine with meat & Prunes,…), Different types of Couscous (Couscous with meat and vegetables, couscous with raisins and onions,….), Pastillas (Chicken Pastilla, Fish Pastilla,…), Moroccan Soup “Hrira”.
You will be picked up from your hotel, you will meet the Chef, agree on the dish and then go out to buy the ingredients for the local market. After you will learn to cook and enjoy your results.
