Learn Traditional Moroccan Crafts

Fes Trip Overview

Craft Draft looks to preserve the traditional crafts of the Fez Medina by sharing skills and knowledge. Participants at CRAFT DRAFT workshops become part of a trade that traditionally could only be entered into by young Fessi apprentices. Learning about the history of and threats to the tradition, they go away with invaluable skills, as well as a greater understanding of both the importance of the preservation of particular crafts, but also a sense for the importance of preservation of traditional crafts generally.

Everyone is an artisan!
