Hello our future cooking friends! Our chef she is from Fez, authentic and joint cooking defines what we do and we speak food language. We believe food is a perfect communication tool and a way to get to know the people and culture because food connects.
The way we guide our experiences is very authentic and friendly. We lead the workshops in an entertaining way, we always cook together, share the stories, talk about rituals and traditions as well. We believe that more then a need biological food is a need cultural and social. The kitchen is simply equipped, the same way as in our homes, so no worries about fancy equipment or tools that are hard to replace when recreating the recipes.
We prepare and cook 3 basic traditional Fez dishes – an appertizer, main course and dessert.*You will also taste our home made main tea. The class begins with a visit to the souks of spices and vegetables with our chef and a guide to buy fresh products and also to give some culinary tips and tricks.

What makes Experience Fez: Dumpling Cooking Class and Tasting Tour a unique experience ?
Our chef invites you to share her passion and intelligence in a friendly and warm atmosphere. In the main kitchen, the workshops are organized in the group of 2 to 7 people maximum to ensure a personalized welcome and confer sessions cheerfulness sought. Each half-day course will teach you how to prepare an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. The class begins with a visit to the souks of spices and vegetables with our chef and a guide to buy fresh products and also to give some culinary tips and tricks.
At the end of each session, you will tast the dishes during a friendly lunch on the terrace overlooking the Medina of Fez or in the dining room of the Riad. A list of recipes dedicated by our chefs will be offered to share a grain of Morocco at home, with family or friends.
