Marrakech Trip Overview
On a 2-day horseback riding tour you will be picked up at your hotel in Marrakech and be driven to the Atlas Mountains. There you will pick up your horse and ride through the mountains and villages. You will stop along the way for a meal prepared by your cook then continue on for another two hours ending in the village of Tinghrine where you will spend the evening in a Berber house. Your second day will return through the Tizi n’Tamatert Pass again stopping for breaks to enjoy the views. You will finish after lunch at a guesthouse in Imlil village and then be driven back to your Marrakech hotel.

Day 1You will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech, and drive an hour to the atlas mountains to Asni, a town known by its weekly Saturday market. Once in Asni, you will be met by the local team to pick up your horse and set off riding for around two hours. You will stop to enjoy a fresh meal prepared by your cook. Continuing on after lunch you will ride for around two hours passing berber villages such as Amzakro and Ikkis and finally reaching your destination in Tinghrine village. When you arrive in Tinghrine you will spend the night at a berber house.
Day 2After breakfast in Tinghrine, the tour leaves at 9am where you will continue on your horseback ride uphill via a dirt road that leads you to Tizi n’Tamatert Pass. You will take a break here to enjoy the breathtaking views over Imnane and Imlil valley. After break you continue on to Imlil village where you will have lunch at a guesthouse. After lunch you will be picked up and driven back to your Marrakech hotel.
