Itinerary
Day 1: MARRAKECH – AIT BEN HADDOU – ZAGORA
Pass By: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi
Early morning after breakfast, leave Marrakech and drive towards the Door of Sahara Desert crossing the magnificent Tizi n’Tichka pass, admire the landscapes of Atlas Mountains and amazing Berber villages.
Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
First stop will be at the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, A UNESCO World Heritage landmark, where many famous movies were filmed such as Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Draa Valley, Zagora 45600 Morocco
After discovery of Kasbah, head to the south throughout Draa Valley and authentic clay villages with its charming mud houses, in the way to Zagora city, stop for lunch at leisure in Agdez, a small town in mid-south eastern of Morocco, it’s a beautiful place to relax and get in touch with nature

Stop At: Zagora, Zagora, Souss-Massa
On arrival to Zagora, watch sunset and enjoy learning how to ride camels; then trek through the palm groves and oases on way to Berber tents for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: ZAGORA – Door of Sahara Desert – Red City
Pass By: Zagora, Zagora, Souss-Massa
Today get up early (optional) to watch sunrise, enjoy your breakfast and the fresh breeze far from bustling cities.
Stop At: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
Afterwards head to the Hollywood of Africa “Ouarzazate”, visit the cinema museum which contains film sets and objects used in movies
Duration: 30 minutes
Stop At: Taourirt Kasbah, Avenue Mohammed V, Ouarzazate 45000 Morocco
Then move to discover the most beautiful Kasbahs in the country “the Taourirt Kasbah”, former residence of the Glaoui’s family that ruled the region during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Duration: 40 minutes
Pass By: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi
After lunch, leave Ouarzazate crossing the High Atlas Mountains, via the magnificent Tizi in Tichka pass. Once in Marrakech the driver will drop you off at your accommodation.
