Itinerary
Day 1: Agadir, Ait Ben-Haddou, Dades Gorges
Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
This morning, journey along mountain roads and Argan Groves,Pause at Taliouine, the African center of l’or rouge (red gold) – saffron, the world’s most expensive spice.
stop for lunch at Ait Benhaddou on the edges of the Sahara. Perched on a hilltop and almost unchanged since the 11th century, Ait Benhaddou is one of Morocco’s most iconic sites. It was once an important stop for caravans passing through as they carried salt across the Sahara, returning with gold, ivory, and slaves. The town has a long list of film and TV credits, including Lawrence of Arabia, Game of Thrones, and Gladiator. Enjoy a leader-led walk through the winding streets of the Old Town, making your way to the top of the hill, from where you can enjoy the views across the surrounding plains.

After Lunch, journey south towards the Dades Gorges, stopping in the regularly used film location of Ouarzazate along the way The scenic drive will take you past ancient kasbah ruins, former colonial military outposts, austere mountains, and valleys of palm Groves Arrive at our Riad early evening and spend the evening in leisure.

Day 2: Todra Gorges, Merzouga
Stop At: Todra River, Morocco
Today, We Visit an Other Atlas Hidden Gem. The Todra Gorges. a deep ravine carved by the Todra River over millennia

Arrive early this afternoon at Merzouga Desert dunes. your tour Leader will help you communicate and interact with the welcoming locals. settle into your Sahara camp, where dunes rise and fall around you and feel the adventuresome spirit of explorers of old. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a Sunset Camel Ride in the Heart of Merzouga Dunes. Witness an incredible sunset.
you’ll stay in a walk-in canvas tent, complete with a camp bed, mattress, fresh linens, and pillow, and private en suite toilet facilities. There is a separate tent for dining.

Day 3: Agadir
Pass By: Agadir, Agadir, Souss-Massa
Today, leave the Sahara Dunes behind and Travel to Agadir. The journey should take around 8 hours in total, including several stops, Lunch in Agdez. This drive goes through desert scenery and along a route that’s a reserve for the indigenous argan trees. If you’re lucky, you might come across the famous image of goats climbing these trees in search of nuts. Arrive at your hotel at Agadir by the early evening and relax after a long day of travel.
