For lovers of 4X4 and long distances, the itinerary offers the opportunity to explore the majestic landscapes of the High Atlas, discover the famous valley of the thousand Kasbahs with its oases, its canyons and its fortresses of earth and straw, forward in dromedary right into the dunes of Merzouga, follow the oasis of the Draa to the famous souk of Agdez, before returning to Marrakech. The trip can be enriched with alternative routes on the track, short treks and quad, VTT or horseback excursions in the Skoura oasis or through the Draa valley. Evenings of traditional music, dinners with local families and visits to craft cooperatives, which will ultimately contribute to making this experience truly intense and unforgettable.

Itinerary
Day 1: Valley of the Ounila – Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou
Stop At: Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou, Douar Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou 45000 Morocco
Departure from Marrakech in the morning through the central High Atlas (pass of the Tizi ‘n Tichka, 2,260 m) in the direction of the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, along the ancient caravan route that led from Marrakech to the desert gates. Stops in the wide valley of Telouet and in the Ounila Valley, heart of the Berber traditions of the central High Atlas (Berber villages of Asaka, Tamdakht and Tezleft). In the afternoon guided tour of the ksar at sunset.

Day 2: Oasis of Skoura – Rose Valley – Gorges of Dadès
Stop At: Dades Gorges, R704 Atlas Mountains, Boumalne Dades 45350 Morocco
The journey continues through the famous Valley of the Thousand Kasbahs towards the Gorges of the Dadès, well known to lovers of nature and adventure sports. Along the way, hike in the Skoura oasis with a visit to the Ameridil Kasbah, one of the last still inhabited and cultivated. Arrival in the Dadès gorges in the afternoon through the Valley of the Roses and the Boutghrar trail, with stops in the nomadic camps of the Atlas mountains.

Day 3: Gorges of the Todra – Dunes of Merzouga
Stop At: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
The day begins with a hike in the gorges and the Todra oasis. Departure for Merzouga in the late morning, with stops at Ksar Al Khorbat and the village of Tinjdad, for an immersion in the life of the people of the Moroccan Sahara. Arrival in the desert in the afternoon, excursion on foot / by camel to the dunes of the Erg Chebbi and night in a traditional tented camp.

Day 4: Valle del Draa
Stop At: Tamnougalt, maison d’hôts tilleli Souss-Massa-، Draa, Morocco
Early morning departure and visit to the Mulay Ali Cherif Mausoleum in Rissani, dedicated to the origins of the royal Alaouite dynasty. During the day, we will cross the Valle del Draa, the largest oasis in all of North Africa, with a guided tour of the Kasbah of Tamnouggalt and the famous souk of Agdez.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Stop At: Taourirt Kasbah, Avenue Mohammed V, Ouarzazate 45000 Morocco
Visit the city of Ouarzazate, the Palace of Taorirte and the charming artisan souq. Upon request, visit to the famous Clà Studios and the Cinema Museum. Return to Marrakech through the central High Atlas.
