Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech arrival – airport transfer to hotel
Stop At: Marrakech, Marrakech, Marrakech-Safi
Enjoy 7 day 6 Nights Morocco desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga and back covering Atlas Mountains, Ait benhaddou, Draa valley and Erg Chebbi sand dune.
We pick up you at the airport and transfer to the hotel. We recommend you to explore the medina with the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The square is a vivid marketplace where performers, narrators, and juggles get together to entertain the tourists. Overnight in local hotel or riad.

Day 2: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Zagora
Stop At: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
We pick you up in the morning in a 4×4 and depart to Zagora going through the Tizi n’Tichka path over the Atlas Mountains. We will head towards Ait Benhaddou a famous village designated a world heritage site by the UNESCO.

Stop At: Zagora, Zagora, Souss-Massa
We will travel through the deserted landscape of the Draa Valley and reach Zagora late in the afternoon, have dinner and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 3: Zagora – Rally Dakar Route – Ramlia
Stop At: Zagora, Zagora, Souss-Massa
After breakfast we take the road that was formerly used by the famous “Paris–Dakar Rally”. We cross several remote Berber villages that are located alongside the Moroccan borders. We arrive to the small Berber village of Ramlia, where you will be able to feel the endless silence of the Moroccan desert. We will have dinner and spend the night in a typical guesthouse in the desert.

Day 4: Ramlia – Khamlia – Merzouga Desert and camel trek
Stop At: Merzouga, Merzouga, Draa-Tafilalet
Trips Around Morocco continues today. Following the off-road driving experience to Merzouga, we will visit the village of Khamlia to see the Gnawa musicians and have a Berber tea with them. Later on, arrive at the great Erg Chebbi sand dunes, where you will take a camel ride to get to the heart of the desert and be able to admire the beautiful sunset. You will have a delicious Berber dinner and spend the night in a nomad tent under a beautiful sky studded with stars.

Day 5: Merzouga desert – Erfoud – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges

After sunrise we ride camels and breakfast in the Sahara desert, we depart to Erfoud to visit the manufactures of fossilized marble.

We will drive through the palm groves of Skoura and reach the Todgha Gorge, the highest narrowest canyon in Morocco, where we will have lunch and walk through the Gorge to appreciate the wonderful landscape.

fter breakfast we will take a short walk and enjoy a stunning panorama of the Dades Valley. We will follow the valley through Kalaat M’Gouna, the Valley of the Roses and the “One Thousand Kasbahs Road”.

Today After breakfast, we can visit some sites of historical and cultural interest, the souks in the medina and admire the different artisans and performers in the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. We will drive you to the airport for your flight back home.
