Day 1: Day 1: Flight from Italy – Marrakech

Arrival in Marrakech and meet at Menara airport with our staff for transfer to the planned riad.
Short introduction to travel. Accommodation in a riad inside the medina, free dinner and overnight stay in a riad.

Day 2: Day 2: Marrakech

Breakfast in the riad and then departure for a few hours to visit the city accompanied by an official tour guide of the Italian speaking city. Marrakech is nicknamed “The Pearl of the South” and was founded in the 12th century by the Almoravid dynasty. The founders of Morocco have left palaces and gardens worthy of note. We will visit the beautiful Majorelle gardens of Yves Saint Laurent and the Menara, then visit the Saadian Tombs, the Koutubia gardens, the Ben Youssef medersa, the Moroccan art museum and the Bahia palace. We will then stop at a restaurant in the medina for lunch. Continue with the visit of the souks and walk through the alleys of the city, where the scenarios are fascinating. Finally visit of the famous Djemaa El Fna square where the show is permanent and UNESCO heritage for its street artists (snake charmers, storytellers, fire eats). Free dinner and overnight stay in a riad.

Day 3: Day 3: Marrakech »Dades Gorges

early morning departure from Marrakech. The destination of this day is the Dades Valley with its Gorges. We will walk along the road of the High Atlas mountains, crossing the Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2260 m); on the way we will meet several villages inhabited by the Berber nomads living in this area.
We will continue to Ouarzazate, along the road that crosses the Valley of the Roses, to enter the Dades Gorges, where the “road of the thousand kasbahs” begins.

Day 4: Day 4: Dades Gorges »Todra Gorges» Merzouga
Pass By: Merzouga Desert, Merzouga Morocco
After breakfast we will leave for the Gole del Todra, where we will be able to walk in the middle of the very high walls of the canyon – over 300 meters; we will then set off for the desert crossing the palm groves of Tafilalet.
We will arrive in the desert await the camels for a crossing of about an hour and a half in the sand dunes, in the heart of the desert, and where we will stop in time to see a beautiful sunset. Hidden inside the Grande duna, we will be able to enjoy the music of the drums, the Moroccan dinner and tea. During the night, the immense sky of stars will frame our landscape. Day 5: Day 5 Merzouga – Azrou – Ifrane – Fez

After seeing the dawn in the dunes and breakfast, we will return to the arrangement of the camels if we have chosen to return to the desert. From the hotel we will leave for Rissani, origin of the Moroccan dynasty and capital of Kashbah. If we are lucky we can discover your market day and get to know the most authentic Morocco.
We will cross the city of the Erfoud oasis and enter the beautiful valleys of Ziz and Tafilalt. During our trip we will get to know the population of Errachidia and other villages among palms, ksours or traditional populations that will remind us of the Anakin Skywalker house in Stars Wars and the water dams that are surprising for their turquoise color. Day 6: Day: 6 Fez – Fez
Pass By: Fes el-Bali, Fes 30110 Morocco
After breakfast, our guide will take us on an excursion to reach Fez. The Medina of this city, which leads to the medieval city and still has its walls and narrow streets, is a world heritage site since 1981. Among other interesting monuments we will see the tombs of the Merini of the s. XVI, the Bouzaania madrassa, the Attarine of the s. XIV, the Karaouine Mosque or the Nejjarine marble fountain.
We will have lunch in a typical Moroccan restaurant. To continue with the visit we will discover the medieval tanneries, where we continue to dye the leather in a traditional way, the door of Bab Boujeloud and the souks or markets where we can see the first quality craftsmanship, from handmade jewelry, like the craftsmanship of the leather, copper and ceramic. Day 7: Day 7: Fez- Volubilis -Meknes – Ouezzane – Chefchaouen
Pass By: Chefchaouen Medina, Chefchaouen Morocco
We will soon leave Fez, after having breakfast, to go to the Roman ruins of Volubilis. These ruins are a UNESCO world heritage site and the best preserved Roman ruins in all of North Africa. After crossing the Roman city, we will go to nearby Meknes. In this city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, we will visit its most important attractions such as the tomb of Moulay Ismail or the square of Bab Mansour.
We will continue our journey towards Ouezzane through the Rif mountains. After admiring the plains full of olive trees, we will arrive in Chefchaouen. In this beautiful city with blue streets we will sleep and spend the night. riad yacout chefchaouen
