SALAM! Welcome to Morocco! at the terminal keep your eyes open for The Sirius Adventures sing, as we pick you up from the airport and take you to our hotel. Gather round in the lobby at 7:00 pm as we meet both the other tour members and the guide. Listen up for a fast and informal meeting with the leader including registration and a short brief about adventures ahead and some country info. Optional dinner together is available to get to know your travel mates better.

If you are going to be late please let your travel agent or hotel reception know. Ask reception or look for a note in the lobby for more information on where the meeting will take place. Day 2: Ait Benhaddou

This morning, experience a thrilling adventure into Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains. today brings us to the highest altitude of the whole trip: more than 7,000 feet (2260 meters). It involves a 4-hour bus ride over roads that are steep and winding, Our small group ample opportunity to witness and gain a deeper understanding of the regional landscapes and Traditions, we’ll drive by Tizi N’Tichka, Pause at Telouet Kasbah and arrive at Ait Ben-Haddou early this afternoon.

Day 3: Skoura, Dades Gorges
Stop At: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
Join your tour leader for a visit to Atlas Corporation Studios. the first film studios in Morocco and extend over an area of 30 ha. Many famous films have been shot there, such as The Jewel of the Nile, with Michael Douglas, Ali Baba and the 40 thieves with Fernandel, Gladiator, by Ridley Scott, Mission Cleopatra by Alain Chabat or Babel, with Brad Pitt. Part of the Game of Thrones filming even took place here. your tour leader will inform you about the anecdotes of the shootings and help your reach the “César Palace” or the Tibetan temple from the film Kundun, by Martin Scorsese.

Drive along with the rugged and desolate Jbel Tadrart ranges and through seas of sand and past the occasional desert oasis of date palms to the township of Tamegroute. visit an intriguing library filled with ancient scripts of science, literature, the Koran, and stories of the prophet Mohammed (subject to unregulated opening times). Afterward, join a local guide to uncover the underground Kasbah

carry on driving to the frontier town of M’Hamid (approximately 1 hour). From here, take a short camel ride through the dunes, then jump into 4WD vehicles and drive to the massive Erg Chigaga dunes. Arrive in the late afternoon. Enjoy a night under the stars at your desert camp.

Awake amidst the silence of the desert this morning, as Morocco’s natural beauty continues to astound you. After breakfast, we absorb the feeling of the remote desert environment and explore where few foreigners venture, along routes known only to the camel and goat-herding Tuareg nomads—the original Morocco travelers. We board Jeep’s for a ride to meet the real Sahara Nomads. Here, we enjoy a Sirius Adventures-Exclusive visit with members of a local desert community in their home to experience a traditional side of Moroccan life. Our Tour Leader will Guide us around many untouched lands of the Sahara desert on a full-day orientation visit. Don’t worry your Tour Leader knows the area like a lifelong friend!

Day 6: Tata, Tafraoute
Stop At: Les grottes de Messalites, طريق بين طاطا وتلاثاء تكموت، Morocco
This morning we travel to Tafraout, en-route we pause at Tata and visit the caves of Messalite by taking the road to Tagmoute, passing through the zaouïa of Agadir Lhna from where on the top of the village, we have a beautiful panorama on the palm groves of Afra and Tata. The caves accessible on foot only, are in front of a parking lot on the edge of the Valley. They are deep with impotent formations of stalagmites and stalactites.

Wake this morning as Moroccan beauty and ambiance continue to Astound you, Today we will Join our local Guide Hassan on a 4 Hours trek in the Oasis that is a kind of miracle, Ait Mansour Oasis a hymn to life. Each elementary component of existence is magnified. The smallest drop of water captured, directed into small canals, flowing in the gutters. The air rustling in the fronds cooled in the shade of the palm trees. The neat land. After Lunch with Hassan’s family, drive to Napoleon’s hat Site (le chapeau de Napoléon). Arrive at Tafraout and discover these Calm city Souks and alleys by foot. Arrive at our Mountain Guest House and relax for the rest of the evening.

Continue on to the Skala de la Ville, which is a fortification built along the cliffs that defended the city from sea attacks, but now provides visitors with an unparalleled view of the port and its bright-colored fishing boats.
