The Ourika Valley starts about 40 km south of Marrakech heading towards the Atlas mountains, and Ourika Valley is a typical region of High Atlas Mountains and a beautiful area of steep-sidedgorges and green, terraced fields along the winding Oued Ourika,The day program includes the visit to a Berber family to understand more about the daily routine of this Moroccan indigenous population,to learn how to make a Moroccan tea with berber women very talented to welcome foreign tourists at home, the road end at Setti-Fatma, noted for its annual summer moussem, seven watersfall and 100 year-old walnuttrees. There is a small weekly market. The place is set up primarly for Moroccan rather than european visitors, but that gives it an ususal charm. For reservations on Monday or Friday, there will be the possibility of visiting a weekly market on the road before reaching the valley, it will allow you to discover an authentic world of Moroccan daily life and discover more about the Berber life.
