Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech – The high Atlas Mountains – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Stop At: Ouarzazate, Ouarzazate, Draa-Tafilalet
Today, we pick you up from your Hotel/Riad in Marrakech, and depart to Ait Benhaddou over the mountains of high Atlas passing through the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 min altitude), We will stop for lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon we will drive to Ouarzazate and stop near the atlas film studios for a photo then continue to the city centre for a panoramic view of the kasbah of Taourirt. After that, you will head to Kalaa M’gouna or Dades Valley for a night.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Tinejdad – Erfoud – Merzouga
Stop At: Gargantas del Todra, Tinerhir 45800 Morocco
Breakfast, driving towards Tineghir passing by Boumalne du Dades, and stopping for a panoramic view of Dades valley. Later on, we will continue to Todra gorges via Imider and Tineghir. Stopping along the way for photos and admiring the views. Arrive at Todra Gorges to enjoy its marvelous Canyons views while hiking on foot. In the afternoon we continue to Tinejdad and have a break for lunch then to Erfoud where you will visit a local fossil craft workshop. After that you will continue to the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi, these dunes are called also Merzouga Dunes. You will stay overnight in the Desert Camp you will enjoy Berber food, listen to the drums under a starry night sky, and sleep in your gorgeous tent in peace and tranquillity. You will enjoy dinner and breakfast and sleep under the stars of the romantic Sahara.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – N’kob – Agdz – Ouarzazate
Stop At: Merzouga, Merzouga, Draa-Tafilalet
Wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dune in the Sahara Desert then have your breakfast. After these beautiful moments, you will ride your camel back to the hotel where you can shower. Later on, we will drive back to Ouarzazate via Rissani, Alnif, N’kob, Agdz. you will have time to investigate the souk of Rissani then drive to Alnif, home of Trilobite. Later we will continue to N’kob for lunch. And after lunch, we head toward Agdez and stop for a panoramic view of the palm groves of Daraa Valley. Later we will cross Ait Saoun Mountains to reach Ouarzazate.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi N’tichka Pass – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech
Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
After breakfast. You will have time to see the Kasbah of Taourirt. After that, and we will then go on to visit a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the exotic Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou. which was once an important stop along the caravan routes that carried salt from the Sahara and on return, gold and ivory. This is probably the best-preserved fortified Kasbah in the country. With its dramatic walls of red earth, slit windows, and crumbling towers, it is a magnificent example of a traditional stronghold. Chosen as a location for Hollywood films such as Lawrence of Arabia, Jewel in the Nile, and more recently Gladiator, Ait Ben Haddou sits upon a lofty pinnacle of rock overlooking a river. Dating from around the 15th century, its importance as a trading post gradually waned, and today’s inhabitants eke a living from farming. After that, We will drive through the Tizi N’ Tichka Pass while enjoying superb views of the High Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. We will drive to Marrakech.
