Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech – Aït Ben Haddou
Stop At: Ait Ben Haddou, Ait Ben Haddou, Souss-Massa
You leave Marrakech in the minibus early in the morning and drive south through the green forerunners of the High Atlas on a winding pass road over the Tizi n’Tichka. In Telouet visit the Kasbah El Glaoui and picnic. Drive through the Ounila Valley to Aït Ben Haddou. Visit to the old Ksar and overnight in an inn in Aït Ben haddou (F / M / A)

Day 2: Aït Ben Haddou – M’hamid
Stop At: M’Hamid, M’Hamid, Souss-Massa
The minibus takes you further south through the beautiful Drâa Valley, through old villages and past palm groves to the edge of the desert at M’hamid, the meeting point with the dromedaries and the support team. After loading the dromedaries you hike about an hour to Rass Enakhl, the camp for the first night. (F / M / A)

Day 3: Breed Ennakhl – Sidi Naji
Stop At: Atmospher Erg Chigaga, M’Hamid El Ghizlane, M’Hamid Morocco
First you hike over sand dunes and through a small oasis, later over a dry plain and again through dunes to the camp at an old caravanserai at Marabout Sidi Naji. Lunch in the camp. Free afternoon. (F / M / A)

Day 4: Sidi Naji – Erg Zeher
Stop At: Atmospher Erg Chigaga, M’Hamid El Ghizlane, M’Hamid Morocco
This beautiful and long stage starts with a hike over dunes. Later, the path takes you across a wide dry plain and past the ruins of an old souk. Lunch on the way. Continuation of the hike to the camp next to the large Erg Zeher dune. (F / M / A)

Day 5: Erg Zeher – Erg Smer

You reach the Drâa river bed via the large Erg Zeher dune, a dry plain and other dunes. Hike along the riverbed to the camp at Erg Smer. Lunch in the camp, free afternoon. (F / M / A)

Day 6: Erg Smer – Chegaga

In the morning you cross the Drâa river bed and walk through an endless dry plain. Lunch on the way. In the afternoon you continue over sand dunes to the camp at Chegaga. (F / M / A)

A jeep drives us to Foum Zguit. From there we continue in the minibus to Aït Ben Haddou, where we stay in a hostel (B / L / D)
