Itinerary
Day 1: Day 1 Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Valley of the Roses – Dades Gorge

Day 1 Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Valley of the Roses – Dades Gorge
We will make an early morning departure from Marrakech to cross the Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains, with a short stop for coffee and a visit the argan oil cooperative. We will stop for lunch at UNESCO World Heritage site, Ait Ben Haddou, the most famous Kasbah in Morocco.
After lunch we will continue through the Skoura Oasis, where numerous ancient Kasbahs stand amongst the palm trees. From here the route takes us through Kela’a M’gouna, the Valley of Roses, with a stop to see cosmetics locally made from the valley’s abundant roses. We will continue to the Dades Gorge where we will stay in a hotel, by the river for the night.

Day 2: Day 2 Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Merzouga

After breakfast we will have time to walk by the river, before continuing to Todra Gorge for lunch. We will drive via the town of Erfoud to arrive at Erg Chebbi hotel early afternoon. We will prepare for departure on the camel into the desert to see the sunset on top of the dunes.
We will have a traditional tagine dinner, drink delicious mint tea, listen to the desert silence, while watching the stars and the rising moon in the amazing Sahara desert. We will spend the night in a traditional nomad tent .

Day 3: MERZOUGA – MIDELT – IFRAN – FES

Wake in the morning up to enjoy an amazing sunrise over the dunes of Erg Chebbi, You will have the shower/ breakfast at your desert camp, then you will go to Fes crossing the Ziz Valley through Errachidia, which is the capital of Tafilalt region.
We carry on our journey to Midelt where we will have lunch, before we keep driving across the Middle Atlas Mountians with its Cedar Forests, and Berber towns of Imouzzar and Ifran, which are both famous as winter ski resorts for Moroccans.
Your driver might spot some Barbary apes on the way and seize the opportunity to take some pictures.
We arrive at Fes late in the afternoon. Your desert tour from Marrakech to Fes, will end with a drop off at your Fez hotel or riad.
