Day 1: Marrakesh > Tizi N’Tichka > Ait ben haddou > Ouarzazate > Dades Gorges
Stop At: Tizi n Tichka, Imlil Village, Ouarzazate 45000 Morocco

Set among a background of stunning mountain scenery and the Sahara Desert, the Kasbah Taourirt is one of the most beautiful Kasbahs in Morocco. In past, it was a strategic location controlled by the Glaoui for the Saharan Caravan Route to West Africa. While Taourirt acted as the main Glaoui residence, it did not house the main Glaoui chiefs. Instead, it housed the second tier of command, such as the dynasty’s sons, servants, cousins, builders and craftsmen.

Dades valley is a small but utterly spectacular version of the Grand Canyon! Its sheer mountain walls and fantastic geological rock formations add to its uniqueness and splendour, especially when the sun is shining and the sky is clear blue.

Todra Gorge is located in the eastern part of the Atlas Mountains, where the Todra River and the Dades River have carved out a narrow canyon called Todra Gorge (sometimes spelled Todgha Gorge).

Cedar forests, very known for an animal species such as the Barbary macaques that live in this area, that you can feed if you have any chance by meeting them.
