Pass By: Atlas Mountains
Our day trips take you over the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass and the rest of the stunning Atlas Mountains, and are ideal for those who want to see the true beauty of the Moroccan countryside – from imposing cliffs and lush orchards to the semi-arid landscape of southern Morocco.
Part of the trip goes along the Oued Tichka – the river that flows through the pass. This river is surrounded by various fruit trees and beautiful wild gardens with oleander flowers. We will also see Berber women and children taking care of their animals and overcoming even the steepest terrain to find firewood and food.
Stop At: Telouet Kasbah, Telouet Morocco
The Kasbah of Telouet belonged to the lords of the Atlas – and it shows. With some of the most beautiful architecture in Morocco and incredible views of the surrounding area, this kasbah is definitely worth a visit.

An important center of trade in Morocco in its day, Ait Benhaddou has a fascinating history. We’ll walk around and explore the main areas of the Kasbah, including the top of the hill, the mausoleum, and the various palaces and fortresses inside.
