Enjoy 3 hour shared cooking class with our local chef in the beautiful Riad. Whether you’re a beginner or would like to master your cooking skills, this class will let you discover the magic of Moroccan cuisine. We will start with a walk to the local market to get the essential ingredients for your Tajine. Your class will start with an introduction to Moroccan cuisine, the origin of ingredients and spices being carried through the ancient caravan routes. Start by making the most famous Moroccan dish – Tajine, following our local chef’s great recipes. During the class you’ll have full support of our chef making sure you create the most delicious meal. After creative work you’ll enjoy the tajine with other participants and get the most accurate feedback of the meal you created. Stay for a little bit more to enjoy a glass of traditional tea.
