This experience will be held in the riad only in the holy month of Ramadan.
We are in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech.
Upon their arrival our guests will meet my staff and Aicha.
We will sit with them and drinking a tasty and aromatic Moroccan mint tea, we will start to explain them the lifestyle over the holy month of Ramadan, the rhythm, the traditions.
After we will start to prepare together with Aicha the main dish of the ramadan: Harira.
Cooking and chatting our guests will be able to discover small secrets of the kitchen and curiosities about Moroccan traditions and about the spiritual month of Ramadan.
When Harira is on the fire our guests will prepare also the Moroccan puncake, another ingredient of the FTOUR (the first meal of the day) and we wait for the spectacular announcement in chorus by muezzin of all the minarets for the breaking of the fast. After they will share a traditional moroccan ftour togheter with the staff: harira, dates, chebakia, eggs, fresh juice, mint tea, messmen with cheese or bathbouth stuffed with meat will be the menù.
