Just an hour and a half ride from colorful Marrakech, The Atlas mountains are like a different world with the cool, fresh mountain air. We will tell you all about the area with insights and interesting facts as we guide you through the gorgeous landscapes. You’ll see the red city walls of Marrakech give way to plains, different green valleys, gorges, rivers, and waterfalls. You will have a chance to enjoy many stops throughout our tour, including a visit to an original Berber house to learn about their ancient traditions. This Amazigh family will make a welcoming typical mint tea showing you how to make it according to their traditions. Finally, we’ll get to the last village where you will take a guided walk along the beautiful trails and villages to reach the spectacular waterfall. Feast on a delicious lunch full of flavor with a local family, and after we’ll walk for half an hour back to the car and return to Marrakesh around 5 pm.
