What to expect During this tour?

In this 3 hour experience, you will learn how to make traditional Moroccan Tagine, bread, and Mint Tea. Our Moroccan Experience Leaders will prepare food with you and show you the open air market, or Souk, where we buy the ingredients and the community oven where the bread is baked. You will learn • To serve and enjoy Moroccan Mint Tea • To bake traditional Moroccan bread • To cook and serve Moroccan Tagine You will experience: • The Ferran (community oven) • The Souk (local market where we buy our fresh ingredients) • Traditional Moroccan Tea • Traditional Moroccan Tagine • Traditional Moroccan Salads
