Itinerary
Day 1: TANGIER – TETOUAN – CHEFCHAOUEN (380 km).
Pass By: Tetouan, Tetouan, Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima
Departure from Tangier, we continue towards Tetouan.
Stop At: Azla, Morocco
Free time at Azla, a small coastal town where we will have the opportunity to enjoy the best fresh fish (optional).
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Chefchaouen, Chefchaouen, Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima
Right after lunch, we follow the route to Chaouen via Oued Laou, through the canon of the river Laou and its extraordinary landscapes. We will make brief stop along the way to visit a local shelter and have tea. Arriving late in the afternoon in Chaouen, dinner and lodging.

Day 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – HOUMAR (3 hours walking).
Stop At: Parc Bouhachem, 5M66+97H, Anjra Derdara, Morocco
After the breakfast, transfer to the Natural Park of Bouhachem in Grankha, where the walking route starts.

Stop At: GITE El Houmar, douar el houmar tanakoub 91000، Chechaouèn, Morocco
Arrival at the refuge and warm welcome by the Akkr family, with the distinctive kindness and hospitality of the people of this area of Morocco.
Lunch and free afternoon to enjoy the surroundings. Possibility of visiting women in cooperatives.
Dinner and overnight at the refuge.

Day 3: HOUMAR – CHEFCHAOUEN (3 hours walking).
Stop At: GITE El Houmar, douar el houmar tanakoub 91000، Chechaouèn, Morocco
After breakfast we will have the chance to take part in a gastronomic workshop and learn how to prepare traditional dishes. Discover the gastronomic tradition of the country is undoubtedly the best way to Immerse yourself in another culture. In this short, intensive cooking workshop, we will learn how to prepare typical oven baked bread along with some typical dishes.
After the workshop, there will be an optional activity of riding mules in a rural zone that hides places of great beauty.

Stop At: Chefchaouen, Chefchaouen, Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima
Arrival to Chaouen and cultural guided visit of the city, where we will see the most important neighbourhoods, like the Andalusian and Jewish quarter along with the laundry district, where women wash and hang out clothes as though no time had passed. We will also see the old mills and Kasbah to finally finish our tour in the Spanish quarter.

Day 4: CHEFCHAOUEN – TANGIER (115 km).

We will have a panoramic view of the city and free time for lunch (optional). Rooms distribution and free afternoon at leisure of participant.
Dinner and night in the hotel.
