Enter the National Park to visit Henrhyd Falls, the tallest and most spectacular waterfall in South Wales.
Proceed to the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog and enjoy a short stop at the second oldest tree in Wales, a stunning yew tree that is 3018 years old.
Stop in Brecon town, where you can admire the canals—voted the prettiest in Britain.
Continue to the town of Merthyr Tydfil to tour Cyfarthfa Castle, located in a picturesque park (optional activity, entry free not included).
Visit Castell Coch, a fairy-tale castle nestled in the woods. Take your time exploring this beautifully preserved building, rich in history, with its stunning decorations, paintings, and period furniture (entry free not included).
Please note that the visit to the waterfalls will involve a 1-hour walk. The path may be steep and muddy, so we recommend wearing boots and rainproof clothing. If you find it difficult to keep up with the group, our driver may kindly ask you to wait at the safest point.
Cardiff: South Wales Cliffs, Beaches & Castles Day Tour

Finally, sit back and enjoy the ride back to Cardiff to the designated meeting point, concluding a day filled with exploration and discovery.

Starting with Caerphilly Castle, the largest Castle in Wales. After exploring the Castle, you will be taken to the magical Fairytale Castle, Castell Coch, nestled in the hills to the north of Cardiff, overlooking the Welsh Capital.
From Castell Coch, you will be taken to Llandaff Cathedral, where you can visit this impressive 900 year old Cathedral. Finally, you will be taken to Cardiff Castle in the heart of the city, where you will be left to visit the Castle, and independantly explore the city centre and its Victorian arcades.
