Bike tour of 2 hours, divided equally between bike ride and tasting. Departure at 16.00 and arrival in the cellar at 17.00 (a meeting time is required about 20' before). Explore the wildest part of the Island of Elba: a 450-hectare estate spread over a vast promontory (Monte Calamita) to the southeast. Enjoy an excursion aboard a top-of-the-range e-mtb, which will allow us to ride dirt roads in greater safety. The FCI (Italian cycling federation) MTB guide will give you insights both before and during the ride. Get excited during the breaks in panoramic points overlooking the sea: you will visit cliffs overlooking the sea, natural lakes and ancient pine forests immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. You will cross one of the highest vineyards on the Island of Elba. After the tour, relax with an aperitif with Tenuta delle Ripalte wines and enjoy a moment of relaxation with wine and snacks, observing the sea from a privileged point of view: the roof of a Design Cellar.

Bike Tour of 1h/1h30 (the bike tour is customized according to the age of the boys). Our MTB Guide will adapt the style of the ride to your experience and expectations, making the ride always within your reach. We start from Tenuta delle Ripalte, a splendid private resort on the Costa dei Gabbiani, we will pass from the only equestrian center on Elba, to descend to the sea through pristine beaches and seeing the Italian coast in the distance. An Experience full of 'Good Vibes'. The energy of sunset and the return to dusk. The unspoilt nature, the non-existent traffic (we are in the middle of Mount Calamita with the 1st village, Capoliveri, spaced by 7km of dirt road), will make everything really special. The first part (1 hour and a half) will take place on Mount Calamita and then head towards Innamorata beach. Technically easy but unpaved route that therefore requires a minimum of cycling experience. In love, relax and aperitif watching the sunset. Return at dusk, turning on the light on the bike, towards the starting point (Elba MTB Capoliveri, in the center of Tenuta delle Ripalte) via a dirt road of about 30 minutes. Possibility, after the tour, to eat something at the bar or restaurant of the Tenuta delle Ripalte.

Author's trekking at the historic cellar of Montalcino This is a path in the Brunello vineyards along which there are the dedications of the winners of the "Casato Prime Donne Award" and the works of contemporary Tuscan artists. Among them Marco Pignattai, Rossana Mulinari, Bruno Bruchi and Giovanni Senatore, Alessandro Grazi, Orlando Orlandini, Stefano Carlucci, Jeff Shapiro … Typical Tuscan lunch in the tasting room of the cellar in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of traditional Tuscan houses. The tables are set with the "old Ginori" dishes typical of Tuscany. Bread and peasant vegetable soups, cured meats and pecorino cheeses, black crostino alla Senese and seasonal vegetables will be served, and to conclude a traditional dessert. This is the tour of the most ancient Etruscan and Roman Maremma which has remained intact over time. The Middle Ages are well represented both in Pitigliano and in Sovana. We explore Pitigliano, a city "excavated" in the tuff that stands on a natural platform. The city is called "Little Jerusalem" because it hosted an important Jewish community twice. The history and ancient traditions of the kitchen will become very familiar to you, so much so that you can reproduce the recipes even at home. Sienese cuisine is patriarchal, it comes from the countryside. In many respects it is similar to the Tuscan one, but if we think of vegetable soups: in Siena they prepared them with a few more aromatic herbs, such as calamint, thyme, ginger, which give a symphony of smells and flavours. Here the dishes are called godende. The Sienese love everything that belongs to the table and its pleasures.
