Our cooking class will make the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie by opening your phyllo pastry (Spinach pie). We will make two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. In addition to making homemade pies, we will prepare Greek island-inspired salad with cherry tomatoes aromatized with aged local vinegar and Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce. Our kitchen is a few steps from Monastiraki square in the funky neighborhood of Psirri. I'll wait for you there, on the rooftop terrace with Acropolis views. We'll start preparations and chat to break the ice and talk about Greek and Mediterranean cuisine; then, I'll show you the ingredients we'll need. Then the cooking class can begin! When we are finished, we will cook, eat, and savor our food together with amazing views of the Acropolis monuments and Parthenon temple lit at night and the vivid center of Athens overlooking the dome of Aghios Dimitrios church. We don't have a gluten-free option. Vegetarians are welcome!

Our evening begins with a pick up form your hotel or a nearby location ( if your hotel is not accessible). A short panoramic drive through the city center will follow, you will have the chance to take some photos of the illuminated Acropolis. Then we will take a pleasant, walk through the picturesque streets of Plaka, the old city will bring you at a typical Greek Tavern where you will enjoy your dinner following a floor show with live music and Greek Folk Dances in traditional costumes.

• We will set sail from the Marina of Vlihada, to red beach of the island which is situated in the historic village of Akrotiri and, sailing onwards to the white beach and from there past the Indian Rocks to our venetian lighthouse. • Explore the most beautiful parts of Santorini whilst sailing past the Caldera where you have the chance to see Fira, Firostefani, Imerovigli and Oia from afar. • Touring past the volcano which presents an amazing photographic opportunity, we will sail to the famous volcanic hot springs where you will have the chance to take a healing swim in the sulphurous waters of the hot springs of Palia Kammeni. • After that, we will sail and stop at the beach of Mesa Pigadia, to enjoy a full Greek Dinner on board before we head back to Vlichada while the sun sets down. • You can relax while watching the fantastic colours of our world known sunset upon the santorinian landscape.

A relaxed and easy ride to the beaches and the sights of the island with a lot of fun, stories, swim, food and drinks! At the end of the route we provide you a very nice meal in a local restaurant with Greek and unique flavours.
