We are a community base that organized organic farm & cooking school, We Would like to invite anybody wanting an ‘adventurous’ traditional Balinese cooking experience, which is something unique and away from the hustle-and-bustle of the general touristy areas. When we arrive at the farm, the first thing we will do is visit the seedbed where everything begins with the love, care and passion that is dedicated to the selected grains to become the plants that will give us their fruits, later we will enter the trails of the farm where the best high-altitude coffee is produced, we will continue in the old mill, where you will move to the industrial environment that has processed and transformed the cherry coffee into what is known as green coffee, we will continue with the roasting, which is the process by which manages to obtain the flavors and aromas.
