Our cuisines are not teaching lessons, but rather to chat with friends attending the courses about the ingredients of Taiwanese cuisines, such as how important the fried shallot is to Taiwan’s snack food.

First, we go to a local market to buy organic pork but you can also opt for vegan. Then, we head to a cafe to cook. It is my mom’s traditional recipe. The instructions are simple and clear step-by-step. We make all wrappers from scratch and prepare the filling as you cook. Hands-on cooking experience with relaxing music and environment. Vegetarian applicable. Solo, small and big groups are all wellcome Vegan is also welcome and please specify.

All xiao long bao wrappers are made from scratch and half of dumplings wrappers are made from scratch. You can opt to make all dumplings from scratch too. You will also learn how to prepare the fillings and how to wrap in a traditional classic way.
