Our tour starts at the office. Once you arrive to our office you will enjoy some coffee and cookies that we provide while you wait for the group to be complete. Once all the group is together you will follow us in your car to the parking (included in the price) or we take you in case you do not have a car, the parking is close from the entrance to the Marino Ballena NP where you will board the boat. There the clients has the possibility of see wildlife like monkeys, sloths and birds. Once the clients are on the boat is when the looking for the marine life start, especially the humpback whales and dolphins, in addition the client can enjoy of the panoramic views of the main interesting points inside and outside the national park, such as Ballena island, Three sisters, the whale tile formation. During the tour we offer some tropical fruits (watermelon and pineapple) and there is a swimming time. All this with the excellent work of our crew and the knowledge of the tour guide.

The start time is at our office at 7a.m. Once you arrive to our office you will enjoy some coffee and cookies that we provide while you wait for the group to be complete. Once all the group is together you will follow us in your car to the parking (included in the price) or we take you in case you do not have a car, the parking is close from the entrance to the Marino Ballena NP where you will board the boat. The boat drive to Caño Island is about 1h and 15min. Once you arrive to Caño Island you will enjoy of 2 snorkelings, 1st one 1h and 2nd one 45min approx, you will have a break time between snorkelings to have some snacks. After the snorkeling time you will have a beach time and then the lunch time. After that you will board the boat again to come back to the Marino Ballena NP where initially you board the boat (If the weather condition does not allow to have the lunch at the beach we will have the lunch time at our office). The finish point is at Marino Ballena NP.

The tour takes you 15 miles offshore to prime whale and dolphin-watching areas, offering stunning views of Isla Ballena and the Three Sisters, a protected bird sanctuary. Even between whale seasons, this tour is a thrilling experience, with dolphin encounters, seabird watching, and a refreshing swim or snorkel. From October to June, snorkel in the clear waters near Isla Ballena or the Whale’s Tail. The tour is a boat drive along the Marino Ballena National Park, where you will be able to see amazing landscapes and as well the 200 caverns located southern of the National Park known as Ventanas Caves, where you definitely will take incredible pictures. Alonge this tour you will have chances to enjoy some marine life such as bottlenose dolphins, spotted dolphins, turtles, seagulls, frigatebirds, pelicans, and others. During whale season, we have the honor of being the best place to observe these amazing animals in Costa Rica that come here with their babies. The whale seasons are from July to October and from End of December to March. It is a pleasure for us to protect the whales in our tropical waters and share such an experience with you.
