Rafting Trip

Our Half Day Classic Raft trip begins at the northern border of Yellowstone National Park, right where the Gardiner River converges with the mighty Yellowstone River. This trip is fun for the whole family! Ride the waves at Bridge Waves, Man Eater, Loonie's and Boonie's Revenge, Queen of the Waters, and the KING! Take in the breathtaking view of Devil’s Slide. Float through some flat water stretches that are great for swimming and relaxing. This trip is great for first time rafters or family groups with wide age and ability ranges. This trip is 8 miles on the river and can be up to 3 hours approximately depending on water levels (CFS).

Join the fun on the Athabasca River for a unique perspective of Jasper National Park. Our 2-3 hour round trip passes through many small sets of rapids and calm stretches, which allows your National Park licensed guide to point out the natural and human history of Jasper. This float trip is safe for the whole family, from toddlers and grandparents to swimmers and non-swimmers alike. Rivers are rated on a scale of one to six. Class 1 is considered to be calm moving water while a class 6 would be equivalent to Niagara Falls. The section of the Athabasca River that this tour rafts on is rated a Class 2; meaning that there are some sections with rapids, which may get your backside wet.

The trip begins in Page, AZ with boarding our bus and driving to Lee’s Ferry. Once at Lee’s Ferry join your guide on your raft for the morning. You will start your trip by motoring up to Petroglyph Beach and its fascinating archeological site. Look up in awe at the soaring cliffs above Horseshoe Bend as you learn the stories of the Ancestral Puebloan people who lived in the area. Enjoy floating while taking in the views of Glen Canyon. Having prepared as a group, you will board the boat. The level of difficulty of the route can be determined upon your request, regardless of your previous experience. Whichever route you choose, you will be very excited trying to stay on the clean, spacious and lively Köprüçay River. You will drive along the stream, exactly 14 kilometers. You will then take a break at the trail's stopping point and disembark from the boat to swim or relax in the river.
