Hands on Sushi Rolls class
We’ll meet at a private cooking class kitchen, prune kitchen Seattle, in a residential neighborhood. Fumiko will give the guests a hands-on Sushi making lesson including how to make Sushi rice. After she demonstrates step by step instructions of how to create Sushi rolls, you will roll 3 Sushi rolls(Cucumber roll, Salmon roll, and a half Futo maki) and plate your Sushi rolls with your own design. You will devour your own creations.
Ingredients include Fresh Tuna, fresh salmon, avocado, shrimp, cucumber, fish roe, cream cheese and Imitation crab.
