At the beginning of the experience, a special guide will be provided to introduce the history of sento (public baths) and bathing etiquette, allowing you to deepen your understanding of this unique culture. Japanese people have used sento (public baths) since ancient times as a way to warm up their bodies and maintain their health. Bathing method is important when maintaining physical health. Through this experience, you will learn how to become healthy in the bath and try it at home.
