Full-Day tour to Saint-Emilion and Medoc, from Bordeaux


Depart from the city center of Bordeaux to discover the most beautiful vineyards of both banks, for a day. To start, you will visit Saint-Emilion with your guide, including a tour of this village classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and its historical monuments. You will visit a first Château and enjoy a tasting of 3 wines, an opportunity to understand the specificities of the Saint-Emilion appellation. After the tasting, you will enjoy a picnic in the Château : on the menu, local, artisanal and tasty products. In the afternoon, you will stop by the famous Chateau Margaux, an opportunity to take a photo before heading to a Margaux Grand Cru Classé Château where you will enjoy a tasting of 3 wine. This small group tour in an ideal setting to learn about the art of wine, to discover the 2 main wine regions in Bordeaux, and to ask your questions to our guide in a convivial atmosphere!

We have selected for you a tasting of 3 wines that we consider very representative of the terroirs and our beautiful wine region combined with a selection of Basque charcuterie and cheese from the prestigious Maison Oteiza. For more challenge, the last wine you will taste will be served "blind", fun but disturbing ! We are two brothers, who have always been passionate about wine, our family produce wine since 6 generations and we want to share with you our passion with simplicity and humour ! Sharing and conviviality will be there and as Georges Brassens said "The best wine is not necessarily the most expensive, but the one we share" The tasting course is accessible to all, it is an initiation to desacralize the world of wine. Our tasting room is located in the Bastide district on the right bank of Bordeaux, 200 meters from the majestic Pont de Pierre, one of the most beautiful monuments in Bordeaux, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our tasting room is located in a typical Bordeaux building, with the charm of stone and has a small private courtyard. This district in full revival mixes both a bohemian and industrial spirit in full metamorphosis, and is full of unusual places like Darwin or the Botanical Garden.


Half-Day Wine tour across Bordeaux’s Vineyards


Until March 9: One departure at 1:30 PM on Saturdays to Saint-Emilion. From March 15 to October 26 at 1:30 PM: – Monday and Sunday: Visit Saint-Emilion, a medieval village with its cobbled streets listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and explore its underground monolithic church. Then, discover its vineyard with a tour and wine tasting at a Château. – Tuesday and Saturday: Explore the Médoc, renowned for its famous appellations, with two visits and tastings at Châteaux. – Wednesday: Discover the Graves and Sauternais regions, with two Château visits and tastings. Enjoy wines from both Graves and Sauternais. – Thursday: Immerse yourself in the Entre-deux-Mers, a wild and intimate region, with two visits and tastings at Châteaux. – Friday: Wander through the Citadel of Blaye, a Vauban fortress listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, on a guided tour. Then, explore the vineyards of Bourg or Blaye, authentic and friendly, with a tour and wine tasting at a Château.

Saint Emilion Wine Tour Tasting Half Day from Bordeaux


Come to discover the prestigious vineyard of Saint-Emilion ! Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, taste top wines and visit both prestigious and rustic wineries during a 5-hours tour in minibus (maximum of 8 people) with a savvy guide. At each winery, you will have an introduction about the history of the estate, then you will visit the technical installations, ending with an explanation about the oak barrels and the aging process. The tour will end with a commented tasting of the Château wines. Your tour includes 6 wines tasting minimum and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat, chocolate & crackers…) OR sweet specialities from Bordeaux macaroons from Saint-Emilion & cannelés depending on the day of the visit. The visit fo Saint-Emilion village is included in the tour. The morning tour starts at 8.30 am and finishs at 1.30 pm (+/- 15 minutes) The afternoon tour starts at 13.30 pm and finishs at 6.30pm (+/- 15 minutes)


Make your own cuvée of Bordeaux wine


Making your own cuvée of Bordeaux wine will be a very special moment : you will experience the tasting of 3 different types of wine from the left bank of Garonne river, the right bank and the Graves. Those 3 groups are the most typical ones from Bordeaux vineyard, of international renown. During the first part of this experience, your hosts, Pierre and Geoffroy, cellar men, but also brothers, will introduce you to the main characteristics of Bordeaux vineyard in a fun and accessible way. In the second part of your journey, they will teach you how to become a real Winemaker! You will make your own wine, by mixing your own blend using different grape varieties. Thanks to this atypical class, you will get to discover emblematic grape varieties of Bordeaux vineyard and even the art of blending your own cuvée. You will get help and explanations at every step of your creation so that you get the chance to take your precious nectar home. If you're motivated, you will even get to label and close your bottle yourself!

Half-day in the Bordeaux vineyard and wine tastings


For wine lovers of all colours! Explore the vineyards of Bordeaux and visit two wineries off the beaten track: one in the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation and the second in the magnificent Entre-deux-Mers region, and taste at least 6 wines. After meeting your local Bordeaux guide, you will visit a first property in the Entre-deux-Mers region. This is a magnificent region known for the diversity of its wines. Once you have visited the facilities, you will taste several wines of different colours. The tour continues in the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation. Once you've visited this estate, which is very different from the first, you'll taste several wines (red and white), some of the best in the Bordeaux wine region. An original way to discover the richness of the Bordeaux wine region off the beaten track! 1:50pm: Meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme. 2pm: departure. The half-day tour begins with a visit to a certified organic Pessac-Léognan winery. You'll learn how the wines of this region are made, visit the vat room and barrel cellar, before tasting the estate's wines (red and white, 2 minimum). Then we'll cross the Garonne river to discover another part of the Bordeaux vineyard: Entre-deux-Mers. Nicknamed "Little Tuscany", this is a hilly region that produces a wide variety of wines. You will visit a second wine estate, followed by a tasting of at least 3 wines (different colors). At the end of the day, you'll have discovered a little-visited part of the vineyard and enjoyed wines that are very different from one another. An excellent way to discover the diversity of the Bordeaux vineyard! 6.15pm: return to Bordeaux (+/- 15 min.).
