Since 1873, Château Saint-Georges Cote Pavie has belonged to the same family. Today, the 5th generation manages the property in order to make the most of this magnificent terroir. Saint-Georges Côte Pavie is an exceptional property for the quality of its terroir on the ideal location of the famous hillside of Pavie. The wines produced have always been renowned for their elegance, their finesse and their ability to age. During your visit, you will dive into the heart of the vineyard to discover the exceptional and unique environment of our property. We will also discuss the entire specific vinification process of our wines as well as their aging in our cellar. To end this moment, we will make you taste a selection of three of our best vintages in Saint-Emilion Grand Cru including our Grand Cru Classé!

Experience our divine, small-group wine-tasting guided tour from Beaune – the capital of Burgundy wines. The big advantage is to be able to discover 2 styles at the same time and thus to have a visit and a complete tasting of what we can do in Saint Emilion Grand Cru. This experience will take you to two Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé Châteaux, where you’ll discover the winemaking process from vine to bottle, taste exceptional wines, and enjoy a delicious picnic, all while taking in one of the most stunning views of the Saint-Émilion vineyards.

Alsace is home to no fewer than 51 Grand Cru terroirs, where only the four most prestigious grape varieties of the region (Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, and Muscat) are cultivated, with the exception of Sylvaner. The names of these terroirs are often mysterious, and the winemakers will be happy to explain their meaning and uniqueness to you.
