Our local guide will introduce you to Turin's role in Italian identity and its culinary heritage shaped by 800 years of Savoyard rule. The tour begins at a historic café where you'll enjoy Bicerin, a traditional chocolate drink still loved in 19th-century cafés. As you visit key landmarks, you'll discover the city's history. Next, you will explore a top chocolate shop, sampling traditional treats like Gianduiotto and Cremino. Gianduiotto, made from finely ground hazelnuts and chocolate, has a rich history dating back to the 19th century when cocoa was scarce. The chocolate tasting continues with exquisite dark chocolate made from just 10% of the world's finest cocoa, all 100% organic and “bean to bar.” Then, you will enjoy a wine tasting featuring two iconic Piedmontese wines, paired with an organic meat and cheese platter. Your guide will teach you about the aromas and nuances of each wine for a professional tasting experience.

Around the world, we are becoming more and more familiar with the "bean to bar" chocolat. This is when a chocolate maker buys the cacao beans to transform it into chocolate. The chocolate we offer goes a step further, the further it can actually go: tree to bar. Cacao grows in Costa Rica and the chocolate we work with comes from cacao trees that are within 30km from our boutique. Get ready to experience chocolate like never before!
